Works Supervisor

Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a works supervisor for one of its clients to ensure the monitoring and coordination of various renovation and site development works.

Your tasks

• Supervise the progress of works carried out by the contracting companies.
• Ensure the follow-up of painting sites, window replacement, partition installation, and other finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of execution, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the different trades and facilitate communication between the parties involved.
• Check the conformity of the completed works and report any discrepancies.
• Provide regular reporting to the client.

Your profile

• Proven experience in monitoring or supervising works, ideally in renovation or finishing works.
• Good knowledge of building trades.
• Ability to coordinate several parties simultaneously.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
