What is my role?

Our client is seeking support in import and export processing. Your tasks include:

• Operational handling of customer orders as well as work in electronic customer portals

• Active interface to various internal departments regarding transport and order processes

• Worldwide contact and point of contact for additions or changes to existing orders as well as all relevant customs and transport matters

• Preparation of all necessary export, transport and import documents, E-Dec & EVV tasks

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Experience in order processing and in the areas of export, import and cross-trade

• Experience in export processing, triangular transactions and preparation of customs and transport documents

• Customs knowledge such as handling customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, rules of origin and processing trade is an advantage

• Prior knowledge in handling Carnet ATA, L/C (letter of credit) and dual-use is an advantage

• German and English spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
