Mobile Operations Agent (a) 100%- Perform inspection tasks independently
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities
- Handle various requests, troubleshooting and minor interventions (Cleaning, green spaces...)
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
- Monitor and oversee work carried out by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Administrative tasks (maintenance scheduling)
- Manage small repair projects
- Participate in the on-call service
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or an equivalent qualification required
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in the administrative and technical management of small sites
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of English (an advantage)
- Driving licence (mandatory)
- Strong service orientation, autonomy and professionalism
- Ease in communication, strong customer focus and friendliness
