Group & Business Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational and strategic controlling of the subsidiaries and advise their management teams
You create and further develop management reporting, financial analyses, and relevant control metrics
You coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning and monitor financial development
You ensure timely consolidation and high quality of financial reporting
You are responsible for intercompany reconciliations, internal group billing, and transfer pricing processes
You act as SAP FI/CO key user and support system tests, support, and process optimisations
You participate in finance, digitalisation, and standardisation projects within the group
Qualifications:
Higher education in finance and accounting or controlling, for example, a federal diploma or bachelor’s degree
At least five years of experience in accounting and controlling, ideally in an industrial company
Confidence in financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations as well as good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER
Very good Excel and ERP skills, ideally SAP
German at native level and English at least B2, with a precise, solution-oriented working style
