These are your tasks

This versatile role with a lot of customer contact includes administrative tasks such as processing incoming debt collection requests, providing debt collection information, operating the customer counter and the telephone switchboard. 

What we expect from you

In addition to a commercial education, you bring several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have knowledge of debt collection and bankruptcy law (SchKG). You are characterized by a swift as well as very precise and reliable way of working. High resilience and assertiveness as well as understanding for people in difficult situations are further qualities you need in your daily work. In addition, you have confident German language skills.
