- You lead the A&O team (resource planning, task distribution, recruitment of new employees, employee discussions/evaluations, etc.).
- You actively participate in the IPH management team (strategy & goals) and represent the concerns and interests of the A&O team in various committees.
- You relieve the leaders of the Institute of Public Health (IPH) and their organizational units of administrative and organizational tasks.
- You take over the coordination, control, and monitoring of defined processes.
- You support internal and external lecturers with administrative and organizational tasks.
- You are the contact and point of contact for questions from internal and external employees and students.
- You organize various events for the institute (e.g., meetings, workshops, retreats, symposia, etc.)
- You have a commercial education and several years of practical experience in administrative and organizational functions.
- With a completed management training and leadership experience, you have the necessary skills to take on responsibility and lead employees successfully.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in an educational institution.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs and are open to new computer applications.
- Your German is stylistically confident and correct in both spoken and written form. In addition, you have good English skills.
- You are a resilient, action-oriented, and independent personality.
- You enjoy working in a team, and open and clear communication is important to you.
- You have a high quality awareness and enjoy building up work.
- Moreover, you remain calm and overview even in hectic times and are used to navigating the tension between different stakeholder groups skillfully.
