About the job
- Active shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation for construction projects in SIA phases 2 to 5 (building construction and site infrastructure)
- Coordinating strategic framework conditions as well as developing procedural concepts, project plans and project organisation
- Preparing decision-making bases and proposals for decision-making bodies
- Leading project teams in a complex environment and ensuring synchronisation and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring project goal achievement in terms of quality, deadlines and costs as well as project-specific risk management
- Education in architecture or civil engineering, further training in project or real estate management is an advantage
- Solid experience in construction project management as well as Swiss construction standards, SIA norms and project management methods
- Several years of experience in project management of demanding construction projects with business management responsibility
- Implementation-strong personality with communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and team-oriented thinking and working style
- Very good German skills, additional languages such as French and English are an advantage
