Here is what you will do
- Technical, business, and administrative management of the flat roof team, consisting of a project manager and 18-20 employees
- Future planning and further development of the specialist department
- Support of the estimator in acquisition, calculation, and customer care
- Project management with cost, quality, and schedule control including preparation of billing
These are your skills and strengths
- A basic training as a roofer EFZ or with corresponding experience in the flat roof industry and further training or on the way to it (foreman, site manager, construction manager, or master craftsman)
- Experience as a project manager with a focus on flat roofs
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A communicative personality with negotiation skills
- The ability and joy to motivate and lead people
- Driver's license category B (a company car will be provided to you – also for private use)
