Your tasks
- You are responsible for handling the legal aspects of cases related to spatial planning and construction. In particular, you ensure the processing of appeals and propose draft decisions.
- You also manage cases concerning the restoration of legal conformity for illegal constructions located outside building zones and support the section in drafting legal opinions, while also ensuring legal monitoring.
- You will liaise with other State services, prefectures, municipalities, and private individuals.
Desired profile
- Master’s degree in law
- Good IT skills and knowledge of legal research possibilities on the internet
- Excellent writing skills
- Team spirit and initiative
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
