Black Friday is just around the corner – and we are looking for your support!
For a larger company in the Biel region, we are seeking motivated and communicative individuals to strengthen the team during the busiest sales period of the year. For about 1.5 months, you will be in direct contact with customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly even during high demand and many orders.

- Telephone support and advice for our customers
- Processing orders and customer concerns
- Active advice and sale of our products
- Answering questions about products and orders
- Professional and friendly interaction with customers
- Maintaining an overview even during the hectic Black Friday phase
Your profile
- You speak fluent Swiss German / dialect
- You are communicative and enjoy working with people
- Your manner is likeable, empathetic and convincing
- You enjoy selling and can adapt to different customer types
- You remain friendly, focused and well organised even during high demand
- You are available for the entire assignment from mid-October to the end of November
