Together with our client, a company in the technology sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a finance clerk 60-100%. The company develops innovative software solutions for businesses and events and impresses with a modern corporate culture, short decision-making processes, and attractive working conditions. Your tasks with the new employer

• Take full responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure smooth daily operations
• You are responsible for payment and dunning processes as well as the correct posting of bank transactions
• Additionally, you record quotations, coordinate various administrative tasks, and support the team
• Bring your ideas into a modern environment and actively support the efficient and sustainable further development of accounting processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally bring some practical experience in accounting
• More than two years of professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
• Good German skills and confident use of MS Office characterise you, and knowledge of Bexio and French is a plus
