The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the CAT memory. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located near the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafés. Around 70 collaborators work there.

To strengthen its Housekeeping service, we are looking for the EMS Les Clôs d'Aubonne a:

Cleaning Agent (M/F) at 80%-90%

Permanent contract, starting from 01/11/2026 or as agreed

YOU HAVE

• A CFC as a Cleaning Agent or equivalent training
• Basic knowledge of products, hygiene standards and cleaning techniques.
• A French level of C1 or higher, both oral and written.
• The ability to work in a team and methodical approach.
• Versatility and adaptability.
• A professional attitude and ease in interacting with seniors.
• The possibility to work between 07:00 and 16:00.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Respond kindly to the needs of residents within your duties and help create a warm and respectful atmosphere.
• Carry out cleaning activities of premises, equipment and materials as well as furniture.
• Ensure the setting up and service of breakfast for residents.
• Ensure, if necessary, the setting up and service of lunch for residents.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing, hospitality and technical teams to ensure quality support.
• Use various cleaning machines during deep cleans.
• Plan and organise routine and deep cleaning.
