Responsibilities:
Conducting forensic psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatments in an outpatient setting under specialist supervision
Participation within a comprehensive forensic psychiatric treatment chain
Development and implementation of offence-preventive treatment strategies
Assessment and handling of complex psychiatric issues in the forensic context
Close cooperation with external treatment partners, authorities and other involved institutions
Active networking with referring agencies and relevant professionals
Participation in regular case discussions, collegial professional exchange and internal as well as external training
Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team
Opportunity to specifically develop professionally towards forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy
Support in obtaining the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or the specialist title in forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy
Qualifications:
Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced training to become a specialist
Interest in forensic psychiatry and motivation to develop further in this special field
Willingness to acquire additional professional qualifications, especially the focus on forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy
Fulfilment of the requirements for a Swiss professional practice permit
High sense of responsibility and pronounced decision-making ability
Reflective, structured and professional attitude even in complex situations
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and professional exchange
Strong communication and social skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least C1 level
