• And obtain a banking certificate recognised throughout Switzerland (BEM).

Your learning locations:

📍 Our bank branches in French-speaking Switzerland

Your training place with us, where you will be supported and accompanied by experienced trainers.

📍 CYP (Challenge Your Potential)

There you will attend inter-company banking courses and deepen your banking knowledge through modern learning methods.

📍 Internal sales training and specialised courses

We offer you various trainings that will prepare you for advising, communicating with customers and selling banking services.

You are made for us if...

• you enjoy communicating with people
• you are interested in the world of economics and the banking sector
• you will have completed by August 2027 your gymnasial maturity, your commercial professional maturity (CFC commercial employee or business school) or your specialised maturity
• you have achieved good to very good school results in French, mathematics, economics, English as well as German
• you are reliable, motivated and ready to learn new things
• you like to take responsibility and work independently and in an organised manner
