• Responsibility for the strategic sourcing of pharmaceutical raw materials as well as the evaluation and development of new supply sources.
• Building and maintaining sustainable supplier relationships as well as conducting price and contract negotiations.
• Analysis of procurement markets and development of procurement strategies to ensure quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Close collaboration with quality assurance, production, and other departments in the qualification of suppliers and raw materials.
• Responsibility for the procurement process from requirements determination to invoice control.
• Participation in procurement and cross-departmental projects.

• Scientific education or degree (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, life sciences) as well as an interest in business contexts.
• Several years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on strategic sourcing or supplier management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or GMP-regulated environment.
• Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, as well as an independent and structured working style.
• Very good German and good English skills as well as confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
