To further develop our advisory service, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who combines professional expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and values direct exchange with producers, partners and industry representatives.

Your tasks

In this versatile key position, you will take on the professional and organisational management of our advisory service.

• Leadership and further development of the advisory service
• First point of contact for our advisors
• Professional support and assistance for our producers
• Consultation in the areas of husbandry, feeding, animal health, genetics and egg quality
• Regular farm visits and personal support of our producers on site
• Analysis and evaluation of operational performance data
• Support for new producers and rearing farms
• Collaboration with veterinarians, feed suppliers, control bodies and industry organisations
• Organisation of specialist events, conferences and working groups
• Participation in quality, production and development projects
• Representation of hosberg AG internally and externally

What you bring

• Training as a poultry specialist, agronomist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the poultry sector or agricultural consultancy
• Experience in a specialist or management role is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of animal husbandry, animal health and production management
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers and data
• Independent, structured and performance-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct contact with producers and partners
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
