Job description
Amaris is currently recruiting a Product Industrialisation Project Manager (M/F) to join its teams located in Geneva, Switzerland.
The selected person will work on several projects related to the industrialisation of new products. They will play a key role in the transition from development to series production, ensuring quality, costs and deadlines.
🔥Main activities:
- Update the manufacturing ranges and bills of materials (BOM)
- Contribute to the deployment of new industrial processes
- Define and document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
- Manage product/process changes during series production
- Manage projects in compliance with processes, standards and budgets
- Ensure the reliability of manufacturing files
- Develop and harmonise the team's standards and tools (target ranges, templates, standard documents)
🎯Profile sought:
- Engineering degree or equivalent (EPF, HES…)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management
- Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in product industrialisation
- Good understanding of product/process challenges
- Proficiency in PLM tools (Windchill type appreciated)
