Job description

Amaris is currently recruiting a Product Industrialisation Project Manager (M/F) to join its teams located in Geneva, Switzerland.

The selected person will work on several projects related to the industrialisation of new products. They will play a key role in the transition from development to series production, ensuring quality, costs and deadlines.

🔥Main activities:

Update the manufacturing ranges and bills of materials (BOM)
Contribute to the deployment of new industrial processes
Define and document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
Manage product/process changes during series production
Manage projects in compliance with processes, standards and budgets
Ensure the reliability of manufacturing files
Develop and harmonise the team's standards and tools (target ranges, templates, standard documents)

🎯Profile sought:

Engineering degree or equivalent (EPF, HES…)
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management
Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Strong expertise in product industrialisation
Good understanding of product/process challenges
Proficiency in PLM tools (Windchill type appreciated)
