About the job
Your Tasks:
- During your internship, you will explore the needs of banks and insurance companies as a "Consultant for a limited time" (m|f|d) and gain first-hand experience of project work in the Financial Services sector.
- Contribute your ideas to the transformation of the financial industry: digitalisation, agile work, Artificial Intelligence, effective financial and risk management, sustainability / ESG, frictionless customer journey, and modern IT architectures are examples of the variety that awaits you.
- You will take on your own tasks, jointly model new solutions, and present the results to the client with your team.
- You question the familiar and support your team in developing new ideas.
- You have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in practice with us and continuously develop through constructive feedback.

Your Skills:
- Successful studies from the 4th semester of a bachelor’s degree or already in a master’s programme.
- Ideally, some practical experience in consulting or the financial sector.
- Have you not yet gained practical experience? Convince us with your interest in Financial Services and your curiosity to explore current challenges faced by banks and insurance companies.
- You are responsible, committed, and team-oriented.
- You work reliably, grasp things quickly, and enjoy delving into complex problems.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) as well as good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form.
