Your Area of Responsibility

• Responsibility for the organisation, coordination and supervision of building construction projects on site
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and costs
• Leadership and coordination of all trades involved in the construction
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
• Communication with clients, authorities, planners and subcontractors
• Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports

Your Expertise

• University degree as an architect, civil engineer, construction manager or building technician
• Proficient knowledge of approval, planning and construction processes
• Confident handling of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. SIA, BauAV, SN EN standards)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management of building projects
• Organisational skills, assertiveness and strong communication abilities
• Driving licence class B
