About the job
Would you like to care for your patients long-term and personally - while also maintaining enough freedom for family and private life? Our client in the Basel area offers you an outpatient role with plenty of scope for creativity and a workload that can be adapted to your life situation.
Our client is a newly established and modernly equipped group practice in the Basel area, where several outpatient specialties work together under one roof. The team is deliberately kept personal: doctors and medical practice assistants know each other well, support each other, and maintain an uncomplicated, equal-footing interaction.
There is already a long-established patient base for the gynaecological consultation. An experienced gynaecologist will accompany the practice during a transitional phase, making a gradual takeover possible. At the same time, demand in the region is high, giving you the opportunity to further develop your own patient base according to your desired workload.
Part-time as well as full-time are possible. Holiday planning is also handled in a family-friendly and flexible manner. The practice is located directly at a train station and is reachable from Basel by express train in just under 20 minutes. The start date is from early 2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- You independently conduct your outpatient gynaecological and obstetric consultations
- You provide long-term and personal care to patients through different life phases
- You gradually take over an existing patient base and develop it according to your workload
- On request, there is the possibility of a consulting physician role with a hospital partner in the region
- You contribute to the further development of the gynaecological services according to your interests
Your competencies:
- You hold a specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have at least three years of professional experience at a recognised training centre in Switzerland
- Pregnancy ultrasound is not a requirement
- You appreciate independent outpatient work and long-term care of your patients
- You work independently, empathetically, and enjoy working in a familial, interdisciplinary team
Your benefits:
- Part-time or full-time with individually adjustable workload
- Family-friendly holiday planning, including longer consecutive holidays
- Existing patient base with additional growth potential
- Choice between revenue-based remuneration or fixed salary model
- Consulting physician role on request possible
- New practice premises, short decision-making paths and very good public transport connections
