As part of our dynamic team, you will take on the nationwide development and operational advancement of the business unit Operational Equipment in this newly created role. You will accompany projects from the initial customer enquiry through planning and calculation to delivery, installation, and successful acceptance. In doing so, you combine technical solution sales, project management, and business development. Together with our field and internal sales, our suppliers, and the international Würth companies, you will sustainably develop the business unit.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the nationwide development and successful growth of the new business unit Operational Equipment
- You identify market potentials, develop sales strategies, and open up new customer and market segments
- You advise customers on site, analyse their requirements, plan individual overall solutions, and build sustainable customer relationships.
- You manage projects from order receipt to acceptance and coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and partners.
- You identify and process public and private tenders and consistently follow up on outstanding offers.
- You support the field sales team, develop standards and reference projects, and monitor sales, gross profit, and closing rates.
Requirements
- You have completed a technical or commercial-technical vocational training.
- Several years of experience in sales of garage, operational, storage, or workshop equipment or comparable capital goods.
- You possess technical understanding, spatial imagination, and experience in calculation and offer preparation.
- You think and act like an entrepreneur, recognise market opportunities, and consistently implement them into successful customer projects.
- You are proficient in Office tools, especially Excel, and can professionally prepare and conduct convincing customer presentations.
- You bring humour, positivity, and motivation and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- You have very good German skills; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
- You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland and hold a category B driving licence.
