Hey, we are Tela, a family-owned company. For over 50 years, we have been producing high-quality hygiene papers, which, thanks to state-of-the-art technology and continuous innovation, are always adapted to the changing needs of people and markets. Reception Staff 50% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Reception: You welcome visitors, business partners and suppliers and ensure that our company makes a strong impression from the very first moment
- Telephone: You answer calls for Niederbipp and Cartaseta, quickly find the right contact person and do not keep anyone waiting unnecessarily on hold
- Security: You keep an eye on site access roads, access controls and the fire alarm system, keep evacuation lists up to date and react to malfunctions before things get unpleasant
- Organisation: You have mail, meeting rooms, hotels, orders and office supplies under control just as well as building keys, cloakrooms, company vehicles and lifting platforms
- Support: You assist with administrative tasks and, if necessary, in accounting. Together with your team colleague, you keep things running even during holiday cover, audits and major shutdowns!
Profile
- Training: You have completed vocational training and ideally have already worked in reception, customer service or a similar role
- Communication: You speak very good German, approach people openly and find the right tone even with impatient callers. English and French skills are an advantage
- Working method: The phone rings, the supplier is waiting and unannounced visitors are standing in front of you? You take a deep breath, set priorities and manage it
- Personality: You are friendly but not a yes-person. You think ahead, get involved and can assert yourself without losing your charm
- Flexibility: You take safety seriously and are willing to temporarily increase your workload to up to 100% during holiday cover
