- You control budgeting, forecasts and medium-term planning and question assumptions together with the specialist departments.
- You analyse profit developments, cost structures and contribution margins and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You prepare profitability calculations and assess investments as well as different business scenarios.
- You further develop key figures, management reports and dashboards and improve the quality of decision-making bases.
- You contribute to the automation of evaluations and the further development of ERP and reporting processes.
- Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in an industrial or technically oriented company
- Confident handling of planning, variance analyses and business evaluation methods
- Very good Excel skills as well as experience with an ERP system and preferably Power BI
- Ability to present results clearly, ask critical questions and justify recommendations comprehensibly
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Flexible working hours and possibility for home office

Tasks

Profile
- Business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or advanced training in the financial sector- Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in an industrial or technically oriented company
- Confident handling of planning, variance analyses and business evaluation methods
- Very good Excel skills as well as experience with an ERP system and preferably Power BI
- Ability to present results clearly, ask critical questions and justify recommendations comprehensibly
- Very good German skills and good English skills
