Polymechanic

For our client – an established and quality-conscious company in Ormalingen – we are looking for an experienced polymechanic 100% with several years of professional experience, who works independently, thinks ahead, and delivers top quality.

Your tasks:

• Independently programming, setting up, and operating modern CNC machines (turning/milling) as well as demanding conventional machining
• You inspect your workpieces independently and ensure that only flawless parts leave the workshop
• You contribute your experience to make manufacturing processes more efficient
• You work closely with production management and assist wherever your expertise is needed

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
• You bring solid, several years of practical experience (preferably you have been established in professional life for some years)
• You are familiar with the local working environment, quality requirements, and communication channels in the Swiss industry from your own experience
• You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form (understanding Swiss German is required)
• Reliable, solution-oriented, precise in your work, and with a high personal standard for the end product
