In the Microsoft Competence Center at adesso Switzerland, we continuously develop our portfolio, our competencies and our collaboration. For this, we are looking for technically strong personalities with their own ideas and the perseverance to make something out of them. In detail, you will take on the following tasks:

• Technical responsibility: You handle demanding customer queries, make well-founded architecture and technology decisions and work on implementation yourself.
• Driving forward a specialist topic: You recognise relevant developments in your field, examine their practical benefits and develop prototypes, reusable components or new consulting offers from them.
• Co-developing our Competence Center: You contribute your own ideas on how we build knowledge, ensure quality and collaborate across team boundaries.
• Advancing others professionally: You share experiences, give constructive feedback and help clarify technical questions within the team.
• Winning customers for good approaches: In workshops and technical discussions, you understand their challenges, make possibilities understandable and develop suitable project approaches with our sales team.

With us, you can combine customer projects with the further development of our Microsoft business. Which focus you take on will be discussed based on your strengths, your interests and the topics we want to develop together.

You work with colleagues from different disciplines. Communities, training and professional exchange support you in deepening and passing on your knowledge. This can lead to additional professional or, prospectively, also personnel responsibility.

HOW TO SUCCEED

You bring in-depth practical experience in at least one of these areas:

• Business Applications: Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. You are interested in business applications, automated processes and AI agents that integrate sensibly into existing workflows.
• Cloud, Data & AI: Azure, cloud platforms, Microsoft Fabric, data engineering and AI applications. You build the technical foundation to ensure that applications and data are reliably usable in productive operation.
• Security: Microsoft Entra, Defender, Sentinel or Purview. You deal with secure identities, cloud security, security operations or the protection of data and AI applications.

What matters is your depth in one focus area and your curiosity about adjacent topics. You do not have to master the entire Microsoft portfolio.

In addition, you bring the following competencies:

• Technical background: You have already independently solved demanding technical tasks and can explain which decisions you made and why.
• Initiative: When you recognise an opportunity or a problem, you take the initiative. You involve the right people and stay involved until implementation.
• Technological curiosity: You independently explore new topics. You examine technical promises and develop your own well-founded assessment.
• Customer orientation: You understand that technical quality, customer benefit and economic effort belong together.
• Responsibility: You want to take responsibility for a topic and can win others for it. Initial experience with professional leadership, mentoring or building a community is welcome.
• AI competence: You use AI tools confidently in your field, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in utilising AI potentials.
• Language skills: You communicate clearly, are open to other perspectives and speak very good German (C1) as well as good English.
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel project-related and enjoy working in agile teams.
