- You coordinate import transports from EU and third countries
- You are the contact person for customers and partners and ensure smooth processing
- You monitor transport routes and deadlines
- You plan direct deliveries and support scheduling
- You prepare transport and customs documents
- You take on various administrative tasks in daily business
Your Profile
- Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification
- Experience in freight forwarding, ideally in the import sector
- Fluent in German, English and French, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good team and communication skills
