Quality Management Employee 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You implement all QM measures according to ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, EN 9100 and FDA standards

• You qualify and validate equipment and processes, monitor them and approve them

• You conduct risk potential analyses (FMEA)

• You create quality plans and coordinate all activities to improve the QM system - including ongoing control

• You record, investigate and evaluate weaknesses in processes and initiate corrective actions

• You support internal departments with quality assurance tasks and in complaints management

• You prepare and conduct internal and external audits

• You plan and conduct process training as well as training on quality techniques and methods

• You monitor quality-enhancing measures in the sense of holistic solutions

• You contribute to the creation and approval of technical documentation (EMPB, test plans)

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical training and several years of professional experience in quality management

• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, EN 9100 and ISO 14001

• Ideally experience in machining of metals and plastics

• Good German and English skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking, credibility and a winning personality
