• You conduct telephone and personal consultations and specifically identify advisory and closing opportunities within the existing portfolio
• You independently, efficiently and conscientiously answer incoming written customer enquiries in accordance with Visana's guidelines

• You have a commercial education and experience in customer contact or sales
• You communicate clearly, friendly and convincingly - even in demanding conversation situations
