- Leading a committed team of data protection and compliance specialists
- Active expansion, further development and ongoing optimisation of our compliance and data protection management system
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (especially in regulated environments)
- Designing, drafting and implementing regulations, instructions, control mechanisms and training concepts
- Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA/BAG requirements, DSG) and pragmatic implementation in processes and internal guidelines

What you bring
- Completed studies (law, business or comparable), ideally with specialised further training in compliance or data protection
- Several years of operational experience in building, further developing or professionalising compliance and/or data protection functions – ideally at a Swiss insurance company or bank
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial or insurance sector
- Proven experience in implementing control systems and governance structures
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management at all hierarchy levels
- Assertiveness, pragmatism and enthusiasm for driving topics forward independently
- Leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility for a team
