We are looking for a WWTP Production Assistant for our Wastewater Treatment Plant

Your mission:

• As a production assistant, you contribute alongside other production staff to CIMO’s success by ensuring the proper functioning of the wastewater treatment plant in support of the operational manager

• Support the operational manager in monitoring the operation of the installations
• Monitor and contribute to achieving performance objectives (sector KPIs)
• Manage and coordinate logistical flows using the SAP software (raw materials, technical equipment, waste, etc.)
• Contribute to staff training
• Ensure the follow-up of documents necessary for operation (e.g. operating procedures, initial states, RI, etc.)
• Collaborate with support functions to maintain and improve production tools (Projects, MODAM, safety review, commissioning, etc.)
• Ensure coordination and follow-up of corrective and preventive maintenance in collaboration with the operational maintenance sector
• Participate in optimising the installations by proposing improvements
• Report observed or foreseeable discrepancies and actively participate in their elimination

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field or related to chemistry
• A federal operator’s certificate for wastewater treatment plants or willingness to undertake this training
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in water treatment or industrial production
• Good command of IT tools and an interest and ability to keep up with technological developments in water treatment
• A sense of responsibility, stress resistance and ease in interpersonal relations
