IT Supporter / Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems, servers, network components, and peripheral devices
1st and 2nd level support for users – by phone, remotely, or on site
Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues, coordination with specialist departments and external partners
Documentation, operating manuals, and inventory data, participation in the introduction of new IT solutions
Creation of scripts and auxiliary tools to automate routine tasks
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (support/system technology) or equivalent, initial experience in IT support, ideally in the Microsoft environment
Basic knowledge of Windows client/server systems, Microsoft 365, networks and peripheral devices
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solving technical challenges
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
Very good German skills, English an advantage, driving licence category B
