For the Tertianum Lindenhof house in Orpund, we are looking for a
Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH Responsible 70-100%
Your tasks
- You are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual bases
- You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it by random sampling
- You coach and appropriately instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF
- You conduct in-house RAI-relevant training sessions
- You check the accuracy and traceability of the nursing effort group relevant MDS codings based on the nursing documentation
- You participate significantly in quality management by interpreting the RAI quality indicators
Your profile
- Completed tertiary education (HF or FH)
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Completion of the RAI LTCF expert course is an advantage (at least supervisor training)
- Sound knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in actively further developing this area at Tertianum Lindenhof
- Understanding of nursing financing and service billing
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, RAI software and CareCoach are an advantage)
- Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing and supporting employees
- Efficient, solution- and process-oriented working style
- An open, appreciative attitude and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
