Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH Responsible 70-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual bases
• You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it by random sampling
• You coach and appropriately instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF
• You conduct in-house RAI-relevant training sessions
• You check the accuracy and traceability of the nursing effort group relevant MDS codings based on the nursing documentation
• You participate significantly in quality management by interpreting the RAI quality indicators

Your profile

• Completed tertiary education (HF or FH)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Completion of the RAI LTCF expert course is an advantage (at least supervisor training)
• Sound knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in actively further developing this area at Tertianum Lindenhof
• Understanding of nursing financing and service billing
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, RAI software and CareCoach are an advantage)
• Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing and supporting employees
• Efficient, solution- and process-oriented working style
• An open, appreciative attitude and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
