As a member of a dynamic team in the Equities & Structured Products area, you will take on tasks related to the issuance and the entire lifecycle of our Structured Products. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the success of the business division through your responsible interface function. In your daily work, you will be in close contact with our Sales and Trading teams, specialists from risk monitoring, documentation, legal and IT, as well as the back office and our subsidiary Zürcher Kantonalbank Finance (Guernsey) Ltd. You will work in a dynamic environment where processes are continuously developed and digital solutions are promoted. This way, you make a direct contribution to the competitiveness of our bank in the derivatives business.
Your tasks
- Responsible for all activities in the lifecycle of Structured Products (issuance, adjustments, corporate actions, expiry process)
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating in cross-departmental projects, especially for the introduction of new products, process optimisations and digitalisation initiatives
- Supporting the Sales and Trading teams in the Equities and Structured Products area in administrative and operational matters
- Maintaining master data and recording transactions in front office systems
- Coordinating and resolving ad-hoc production issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as IT departments
- Utilising and promoting digital solutions and automations
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by additional training in finance or currently undergoing such training
- Initial professional experience in securities
- Strong interest in derivatives and structured products
- Experience in participating in projects, ideally in the financial or banking environment
- Reliable, independent and service-oriented working style
- Resilience and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment complete your profile
- Very good German and English skills
