- Lead procurement projects while adhering to public procurement laws.
- Create compliant and economical tender documents for clients.
- Assist clients in evaluating offers and conducting workshops.
Skills
- Experience in purchasing and/or project management required.
- Strong communication skills and initiative are essential.
- Excellent MS Office skills; IT background is a plus.

What you bring:
- Experience in purchasing and/or project management

What you will do with us:
- Independent execution (project management) of procurements in compliance with BöB/VöB/IVöB:
- Preparation of legally compliant and economical tender documents
- Supporting clients in the evaluation of offers
- Preparation of reports and decrees
- Organisation and conduct of workshops and presentations
- Support of electronic tools (simap.ch, DecisionAdvisor; SuisseOffer)
- Collaboration with the responsible project managers and specialists of clients
