Your Tasks
- Your work focuses on holistic care for people of all care levels – with a particular emphasis on the individual care of patients with dementia or gerontopsychiatric backgrounds.
- With sound professional knowledge and great empathy, you regularly advise and support relatives, openly and transparently shaping the care process.
- A central part of your work is the practical guidance and targeted support of trainees and students – actively promoting their professional and personal development in everyday nursing.

Our Requirements
- Your qualifications include a completed training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), preparing you well for the demands of everyday nursing.
- With your high professional competence and a keen sensitivity to interpersonal needs, you create a respectful and trusting relationship with residents and can respond specifically to their individual life situations.
- Structured working, personal responsibility, and careful execution are among your personal strengths and characterise your professional approach in nursing.
- Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation is part of your professional routine – thus contributing significantly to quality assurance and transparency in the care process.
- Ideally, you have some practical experience in long-term care or have already sensitively supported people with dementia – this is a clear advantage for this position.
