Our manufacturing team needs support! To strengthen it, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

• Operational production planning: You coordinate the manufacturing dates for our sterile and non-sterile products (solutions, capsules, ointments, etc.) taking into account capacities and delivery deadlines.
• AVOR: Together with your team, you prepare all documents so that production can start. Manufacturing instructions, labels, material transfers.
• SAP Key-User Function (MM/LVS): As our expert for the SAP MM/LVS module, you manage material requirements and ensure that all components are available on time for production.
• Master Data Management: You maintain and optimise GMP-critical master data (bills of materials, material masters) in SAP, thus ensuring data integrity.
• Interface management: You act as a hub between production, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
• Process optimisation: You help us to make the planning processes efficient in the current SAP environment (ERP 6).
• Technical and personnel leadership of a two-person team

• Experience: You have completed training focused on production planning.
• SAP expertise: You are proficient in SAP MM. Experience in maintaining master data is essential.
• GMP know-how: You understand the regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing and know that documentation quality is paramount.
• All-rounder mentality: Whether sterile eye drops or complex ointment mixtures – you keep an overview of different manufacturing processes.
• Language skills: Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Communication skills: You can harmonise the needs of production with the requirements of supply chain management.
