We are looking for a committed co-educator for the mixed-age group at our location Wengistrasse in ZÜRICH.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
• Support in the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
• Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families
• Co-organisation of excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Contributing to a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed qualification as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
