You are responsible for complex customer projects from order placement to billing. In doing so, you consistently manage scheduling, cost, and quality aspects and coordinate the construction site as well as change orders. To strengthen our client, we are looking for a
Carpenter – Project Manager with Leadership Skills
Tasks
- Assuming overall responsibility for complex customer projects from order placement to billing
- Managing scheduling, cost, and quality aspects to ensure project success
- Coordinating the construction site and managing change orders
- Leading the team both technically and personally
- Planning and prioritising resources including capacity management
Requirements
- Completed training in construction, wood, or carpentry
- Desirable further education at HF, FH level or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as a project or construction manager in main or secondary construction trades
- Initial leadership experience or strong interest in a management role
- Solid knowledge in project management, especially in scheduling and cost control of large construction projects
