Team Leader Payroll 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
For a leading Swiss company in the wholesale and gastronomy sector in the Bern / Moosseedorf region, we are looking for an experienced leader for the payroll area. You will take overall responsibility for payroll, time management and social insurances for around 2,800 employees and lead a team of three.

Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for payroll, time management and social insurances
Leadership and development of a team of three employees
Ensuring payroll processing including monthly and annual accounts
Responsibility for withholding tax, daily allowances, account reconciliations and audits
Further development and digitalisation of payroll processes
Responsibility for SAP HCM and close collaboration with HR, Finance and Controlling
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a responsible payroll function, ideally in a larger organisation
Further training in payroll, social insurances or finance and accounting
Sound knowledge of SAP HCM as well as very good Excel skills
Experience in process optimisation and digitalisation
Very good German and good French skills; Italian is a plus
Motivating leadership personality with a high quality and service orientation
