Employee Services (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Villmergen, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Sarmenstorf and Dottikon, we are looking to complement our team with a responsible personality as Employee Services (m/f/d).

• Processing of master data openings, checking of documents, mutation of master data, management of physical and electronic documents
• Processing and management of card applications and support of customer advisors on card topics
• Collaboration in securities processing as well as handling of pension and vested benefits accounts
• Handling of payment transaction issues
• Further development and improvement of processes in your own area
• Compliance with compliance as well as anti-money laundering and VSB regulations
• Processing of creditors and debtors
• Opportunity to be responsible for the security of the bank

• Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk (preferably banking apprenticeship), ideally with further training in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge in the areas of compliance and anti-money laundering
• Knowledge in the area of investment processing
• Responsible, independent and precise way of working
