Job Description

• Management of the construction process, from task assignment to flawless handover
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, deadlines and quality
• Independent development of project planning and detailed planning
• Acquisition/management of clients and maintaining contact with authorities, offices and craftsmen

• Completed training as a construction manager, site manager or architectural draughtsman
• Sales and commercial flair
• Initiative and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and good assertiveness
