- Advising and supporting the installation and application of technical as well as IT-based solutions
- Handling technical support requests and independently developing suitable solutions
- Assisting in the selection of appropriate products and technical solutions according to the respective requirements
- Analysing technical problems and reliably performing the corresponding troubleshooting
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure high service quality
- Strong technical understanding as well as precise and careful working methods
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Enjoyment of solution-oriented communication and teamwork
- Fluent French and German language skills are mandatory

Profile
- Completed basic technical training as an Electronics Technician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, or a comparable technical qualification- Strong technical understanding as well as precise and careful working methods
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Enjoyment of solution-oriented communication and teamwork
- Fluent French and German language skills are mandatory
