We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, virtualised system landscapes, and modern communication technology. - Analysis, support, and further development of complex network environments
- Consulting on ICT solutions including technical documentation
- Independent handling of support requests in second- and third-level support
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 required
- Experience in IT project implementation and cloud migrations
- Strong communication skills and structured support in 2nd/3rd level environment
- Committed and motivated personality
- Very good German and good English skills
Responsibilities
