Are you passionate about IT and people? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our IT Service Desk team, we are looking for a committed personality with a passion for imparting knowledge and advanced IT skills. Your main task is the design and implementation of IT training for our employees – with the goal of optimally supporting them in their digital workday. Additionally, you will work in the IT Service Desk (1st Level Support) and act as deputy team leader.
- You plan, develop, and conduct IT training for employees – both on-site and digitally.
- You identify training needs and develop suitable learning formats and content.
- You support the IT Service Desk in receiving and processing requests (1st Level).
- You actively participate in creating and maintaining training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- You work closely with the IT Service Desk team and contribute your know-how to the further development of our internal IT competencies.
- You act as deputy to the IT Service Desk team leader.
- You have completed IT training or possess advanced IT knowledge, especially in handling MS Office, Windows environments, and client systems.
- You bring experience in adult education and/or conducting training in a digital environment, ideally complemented by relevant further training.
- You enjoy working with people, have high social competence, and strong communication skills.
- You are willing to take responsibility and have an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- You hold a category B driving license (for assignments at various locations).
