The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a leading intercantonal hospital, bringing together more than 2,500 staff members. The Rennaz Hospital Centre has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. To complete our physiotherapy team at the Monthey site, we are looking for a permanent:

Physiotherapist M/F between 60 and 80%, with experience in geriatric rehabilitation.

The main responsibilities of this position are

• Ensuring the quality and continuity of inpatient therapies in the geriatric and rehabilitation clinic

• Actively participating in work organisation and the smooth running of the service's activities.

• Collaborating in the supervision and evaluation of students and new staff
• Contributing to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
• Promoting and enhancing physiotherapy within and outside the institution

We require

• A Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
• Full recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign qualifications (applications without recognition will not be considered).
• A strong interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
• A modern and evolving vision of physiotherapy in a hospital setting, with an interest in developing practices.
• Good interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Good computer skills
