Store Agent Jumper (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide competent advice on smartphones, subscriptions, and accessories
- Handle service and repair requests quickly with a customer-oriented approach
- Contribute to a welcoming store environment
- Manage stock, inventory, and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training in retail or equivalent experience, ideally in telecommunications or multimedia
- Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
- Friendly demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for sales
- Reliable, committed, and a team player
- Excellent knowledge of French required; good knowledge of English also required; German and other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work at different locations with approximately 50% travel
