Your tasks – our position
- Advising and supporting care teams in the treatment of complex wounds in an inpatient hospital setting
- Promoting evidence-based wound care and patient management
- Ensuring high-quality care and continuous skills development in patient management within inpatient care
- Optimising coordination between inpatient and outpatient care for complex wounds
- Designing, coordinating and leading training sessions, case analyses and continuing education for inpatient care teams
Your skills – our expectations
- Training as a wound care expert
- Proven experience in wound management
- Willingness to actively participate in the regional outpatient care network for wound treatment
- Extensive advisory, communication and strong social skills
- Knowledge of German or French at C2 level (spoken and written) with knowledge of the other language (B2 level) and willingness to improve it
