Your tasks
- You bring your enthusiasm for product development into diverse customer projects and work together with your team on innovative solutions.
- In our projects, you take on various tasks from concept to realisation of innovative new products. Depending on the project, you will, for example, create CAD designs, develop concepts in workshops, carry out FEM simulations or assemble and test a prototype in the laboratory. You are interested in smart technical solutions, but it is also important to you that our customers can bring a successful product to market.
- You work with our customers from different industries and develop products with them, for example for consumer goods, medical technology or industry.
Your talent
- With your university degree in mechanical engineering (FH, ETH), you have sound knowledge of mechanics. Ideally, you have previously completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. in design or polymechanics.
- You bring 1-2 years of professional experience or have gained industry-related practical experience during your studies.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in product development and/or the industrialisation of products.
- Proficient use of modern CAD, PDM and simulation tools (e.g. SolidWorks & Ansys) is second nature to you.
- Thanks to your proactive, communicative personality, you feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and work motivated and customer-oriented, from the idea to the complete implementation of a solution.
- You enjoy networking with other engineers, actively share experiences and use appropriate AI tools responsibly and efficiently.
- Quality is very important to you and you want to quench your thirst for knowledge about the latest technologies and methods every day.
- You have a do-it-yourself mentality and are a passionate tinkerer. Building prototypes and applying new technologies is your passion. "Design for manufacturing" is always important to you.
- Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
