What you will do here
- In an initial phase, actively support the project management as a deputy in the development of a BFH-wide performance and deployment planning tool (LEP)
- Continuously build and further develop the role of Product Owner for the LEP tool and take full responsibility after implementation
- Ensure exchange with stakeholders in the departments and requirements engineering as part of further development
- Be responsible for operations as well as prioritization of the product backlog including definition of further development
- Ensure a support organization and conduct internal training sessions
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable education and training
- Several years of experience in managing IT-related projects and interest in further development to Product Owner
- Experience in harmonizing processes, requirements engineering, as well as organizing and conducting larger workshops
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a healthy amount of assertiveness as well as very independent and structured working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
