Your tasks

Drafting decision proposals

Participation in the sessions of the Coercive Measures Court and taking minutes during sessions

Legal research in criminal law and administrative law in the field of coercive measures

Various tasks related to the Court Registry

Desired profile

Holder of a Master’s degree in law (having received the Master’s certificate before starting work)

Interest in criminal law and administrative law (coercive measures in the field of immigration law)

Enjoy legal research and writing

Good writing skills

Proficiency in common IT tools

Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
